Researchers of the grant project #CIF-2-2024-03 – “Joint development and implementation of engineering educational programs using remote laboratories” (implemented by a consortium consisting of: Georgian Technical University, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University) met on May 30 with students and professors involved in the experiment at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
The meeting was moderated by Professor Levan Imnaishvili.
The participants of the meeting were welcomed by:
• Dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems of GTU, Prof. Taliko Zhvania
• Ana Gomelauri, Head of the Administration Unit of the “Competitive Innovations Fund”
The meeting was attended by Izolda Jabnidze, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Associate Professor, and Mikheil Donadze, Head of the Educational Program “Computer Science”.

At the meeting, the project researchers introduced students and professors to physical copies of laboratory equipment, which aroused great interest. The researchers provided comprehensive answers to numerous questions from the students.

At the meeting, the students’ motivation for learning was felt to increase, which is caused by the introduction of new courses and the use of high technologies in the educational process.
