Grant project #CIF-2-2024-03 – “Joint development and implementation of engineering educational programs using remote laboratories” (implemented by a consortium consisting of: Georgian Technical University, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University) On 10.10.2025, researchers met with teachers and students of various fields of Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University within the framework of the project. The meeting was attended online by students of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University.
The moderator of the meeting was Prof. L. Imnaishvili.
The main topic of the meeting was the use of high technologies in various fields. Attention was also paid to remote laboratory experiment technologies.
The participants of the meeting were welcomed by:
· GTU Vice-Rector, Prof. Tamar Lominadze.
· GTU Faculty of Informatics and Management Systems Dean, Prof. Taliko Zhvania.
At the meeting, the project researchers presented the IoT laboratory created within the project to students and professors and demonstrated its capabilities for using IoT in various fields, which aroused great interest. The researchers provided comprehensive answers to the questions posed.
After the meeting, the project researchers toured the laboratories of the host university.
